Face Value 25 Cents | 1988 | Scott 2277/2282

Note #2277 is the sheet format stamp, and #2282 is the booklet format stamp.  This non-denominated "E-rate" stamp still retains its 25-cent postage value.

Note that most booklet panes of this era removed from the full booklet usually have slight thinning or adhesions on the tab at top but do not affect the stamps or the collector value.
