Face Value 32 Cents | 1996 | Scott 3100-3103

As part of the American Music series of stamps issued by the United States Postal Service in 1996, this four-design set honors songwriters Harold Arlen, Johnny Mercer, Dorothy Fields, and Hoagy Carmichael. These stamps continued the series of stamps commemorating American contributions to the performing arts. Choose between 2 sets of the 4 stamps issued in this set (8 stamps total) or a full sheet of 20 stamps. Show the recipients of your mail how much they can learn by knowing their country’s stamps. All are unused with full gum on reverse; however, due to the age of the stamps, we recommend use of a damp sponge instead of licking the back, or we might recommend using a dab of a permanent glue stick before mailing.

Shipping Info: We ship our stamps, stickers, and other flat items in a sturdy, flat mailer with tracking for the best protection. Because the post office considers this a “package” and not a flexible envelope, the cost of shipping is subject to package prices. This is the best way to protect your purchase.

T-shirts are shipped in poly mailers.
