Face Value 41 Cents | 2007 | Scott 4129-30; 4190-91
This design was issued in multiple formats, both denominated (41-cent) and non-denominated (inscribed "first class"). Both formats still have their face value of 41-cents. (Scott catalog numbers provided below for reference; stamp designs are essentially identical except for the denomination.)
- #4129: "first class" inscription, sheet of 100, not self-adhesive
- #4130: "first class" inscription, self-adhesive pane of 20
- #4191: 41-cent inscription, self-adhesive booklet pane of 20
- #4190: 41-cent inscription, self-adhesive booklet pane of 10
These self-adhesive stamps can still be used to pay postage on current mail (using additional postage as needed to make up the current first-class rate). Scott 4129 (not self-adhesive) will be unused with full gum on reverse, but due to the age of the stamps, we might recommend use of a damp sponge instead of licking the back, or a dab of permanent glue stick before mailing.
